Overview

Sticker Vault is an iPhone app for creating and organising reusable stickers from your own images. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and this website handle, how that information is used, and what choices you have.

Information the app can access

Depending on which features you use, Sticker Vault may access:

• Photos you choose to import from your photo library
• Images you capture with the camera inside the app
• Sticker metadata you create, such as titles, favourites, tags, and collections
• Rendered sticker image files saved by the app on your device
• Purchase status needed to unlock premium features
• Optional iCloud sync state if you enable syncing

How your information is used

Sticker Vault uses this information to:

• Create transparent sticker cutouts from images you select
• Apply the finish you choose and save the result to your sticker library
• Organise your stickers with search, tags, favourites, and collections
• Make your saved stickers available to the app’s bundled iMessage extension
• Support export and sharing actions that you explicitly start
• Synchronise your sticker library with your private iCloud account if you enable iCloud sync

Local-first storage

Sticker Vault is designed around local storage. Sticker metadata is stored on your device, and sticker image files are saved as local files. When the app group is available, those files are stored in a shared container so the bundled Messages extension can access the same saved stickers.

iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync, Sticker Vault uses Apple CloudKit private database storage associated with your own iCloud account. This allows your sticker library to stay available across your devices. Sticker Vault does not use a separate first-party backend to host your synced sticker library.

Sharing and exports

When you use sharing, copy, drag-and-drop, Messages, or export features, the app only transfers the content needed to complete the action you requested. Once content leaves Sticker Vault through a share target or another app, that destination app’s privacy practices apply.

Purchases

Premium purchases and restorations are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Sticker Vault receives the entitlement information needed to unlock premium features but does not directly process your payment card information.

No advertising or third-party analytics SDKs

Sticker Vault does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not rely on third-party analytics or tracking SDKs to profile your activity inside the app.

Website data

This website is an informational site for Sticker Vault. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts. Standard server logs may be created by your hosting platform for security, performance, and operational purposes.

Data retention and deletion

You control the stickers and metadata you create in the app. You can delete stickers and related metadata from the library at any time. If you disable iCloud sync, future sync operations stop. Removing the app removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to Apple’s platform behaviour and any content still present in your iCloud account.

Children’s privacy

Sticker Vault is not intended to collect personal information from children through a dedicated online service. Any images or sticker content handled by the app come from the device user’s own actions.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Sticker Vault evolves. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
